A Bloody Mary that understands the assignment. Bold, peppery flavors with all of the right toppings.
1 quart tomato juice
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
8 oz. vodka
Tajin, for rimming the glasses
Ice
Del Monte Pimento Stuffed Queen Olives, for garnish
Del Monte Whole Green Beans, for garnish

In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, and celery salt. Whisk well to combine, and then store in the refrigerator. Chill for at least two hours so the flavors meld.
Prep glasses. Add Tajin to a small plate. Run a lemon wedge around the rims of the glasses and dip them in the tajin. Add some ice to each glass.
Pour Bloody Mary mixture into prepared glasses. Add vodka to each glass and stir. Garnish with olives, Southern Green Beans, celery and lemon wedges.
