Ingredients

1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Hot Honey Sliced Carrots, chilled, not drained 

1 large navel orange, peeled or 1 large crisp, sweet apple, cored, not peeled, such as Honeycrisp 

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or plain Greek yogurt 

2 Tbsp. almond butter 

One 1/2-inch wide slice peeled fresh ginger or 2 to 3 frozen squares of pre-minced ginger 

1/8 tsp. cinnamon 

1 cup ice cubes

  1. Gently shake carrot can; empty into a high speed blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend about 60 seconds until smooth.

TIPS: 

  • For a colder smoothie, chill carrot can in the refrigerator overnight. 
  • Refrigerate any leftover smoothie in an airtight container 24 hours or pour into an ice cube tray and freeze up to 1 month before re-blending.
