Chilled Spinach Artichoke Dip
Bring spinach and artichokes to your favorite appetizer board with this easy-to-assemble, creamy dip.
2 cups light sour cream or plain, low fat Greek yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder
1/4 tsp. each kosher salt, cracked black pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
1 can (14 oz.) Del Monte® Quartered Artichokes, well drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions, reserve 1 Tbsp. for garnish
Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Fold in spinach, artichokes and most of the green onions. Chill 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld. Before serving, lightly sprinkle with reserved green onion.
