1 can (14.75 oz.) Del Monte® Ranch Flavored Whole Kernel Corn, not drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 can (7 oz.) diced mild green chiles, not drained
1/2 tsp. chili powder, plus more for garnish
1/2 lb. original flavor process cheese product, such as Velveeta, cubed
Sliced jalapeños
Empty corn can into a 10-inch skillet; remove 1/4 cup corn with a slotted spoon and toss with green onions in a small bowl; set aside for the garnish.
Add contents of chile can and chili powder to skillet with corn. Bring to a boil over medium-high; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until almost all liquid is evaporated.
Add cubed cheese; cook 3 to 5 minutes until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Serve from skillet or transfer to a heat-safe dip bowl. Top queso with corn-green onion mixture, a dusting of chili powder, and jalapeños, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
