Brown Butter Corn and Sage Ravioli
Enjoy a simple and semi-homemade dish, ready in just 15 minutes. Browned butter and crispy sage blend with cheese ravioli, corn and simple seasonings for a flavorful vegetarian meal.
2 (9 oz.) packages cheese ravioli
6 Tbsp. salted butter
2 Tbsp. fresh sage leaves
¾ cup Del Monte Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, drained
½ Tbsp. lemon juice
zest from ½ lemon
salt, for seasoning
black pepper, for seasoning
shaved parmesan cheese, for topping
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt. Place the ravioli into the water and cook according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water. Set the ravioli aside.
Melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When the butter begins to foam, add in the sage leaves and Del Monte Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn. Stir and continue to cook until the sage is crispy and the butter is a golden brown color.
Remove the pan from heat and mix in the ravioli, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix to combine and enjoy!
