Ingredients

4 Tbsp. room temperature unsalted butter

4 slices sourdough bread

1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated colby jack cheese

1/2 can Del Monte
® Whole Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered

Directions

  1. Spread the butter onto both sides of all 4 silces of sourdough bread.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 2 slices on bread to the pan. Then layer on the sharp cheddar, colby jack, and Del Monte Artichokes onto the slices. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown. Flip the grilled cheeses over onto the other side. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove the grilled cheeses from the pan and enjoy!
