Artichoke Grilled Cheese
Creamy, crunchy and savory- this sandwich has all the comfort food flavor of the classic artichoke dip.
4 Tbsp. room temperature unsalted butter
4 slices sourdough bread
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated colby jack cheese
1/2 can Del Monte® Whole Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
Spread the butter onto both sides of all 4 silces of sourdough bread.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add 2 slices on bread to the pan. Then layer on the sharp cheddar, colby jack, and Del Monte Artichokes onto the slices. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown. Flip the grilled cheeses over onto the other side. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove the grilled cheeses from the pan and enjoy!
