One-Pan Chicken Pesto Pasta
Weeknight family dinner made easy with everyone’s favorite ingredients and lots of wholesome veggies.
3 cups 2% milk
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
8oz. uncooked rotini pasta (3 cups)
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cans (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® French Style Green Beans, drained
1/2 cup basil pesto
Bring milk to a simmer in a deep 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir in chicken, pasta and carrots; simmer according to pasta package directions, stirring frequently, until pasta is done. DO NOT DRAIN.
Gently stir in green beans and pesto. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
