Classic Spaghetti Sauce

Most of the work has already been done when using stewed tomatoes seasoned with onion, celery and green peppers. This quick tomato sauce will become your family favorite and tastes like you spent hours cooking.
1 tsp. olive oil
12 oz. extra lean ground beef
1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes [or Del Monte® Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes], not drained
1 can (8oz.) Del Monte® Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper, optional
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and rosemary.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, breaking up the larger tomato pieces with a wooden spoon. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
