8 oz. block feta, drained

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/3  can Del Monte Sliced Beets, drained

zest from 1 lemon

2 Tbsp. olive oil

chopped chives, for topping

additional olive oil, for drizzling

assorted vegetables, for serving

assorted crackers, for serving

Directions

  1. Add the feta, Greek yogurt, Sliced Beets, and lemon to a food processor.

  2. Blend the ingredients together. While blending stream in the olive oil.

  3. Spoon the feta into a serving dish. Top with chives and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers.
