Pear Cobbler Dump Cake
A sweet and simple dessert! Layer fruit, cake mix and butter right in the baking dish, and a you'll have delicious pear dessert in under an hour.
29 oz. Del Monte Sliced Pears
1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. ground ginger
maple syrup for topping
chopped pecans, for topping
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Pour the entire contents of the canned Sliced Pears into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over top. Pour the melted butter on top. Then sprinkle the ground ginger all over.
Bake the cake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow the cake to cool then serve it with a drizzle of maple syrup and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
