Pineapple Pudding

1 can Del Monte® Deluxe Gold Pineapple Slices, drained
1 14 oz. can condensed milk
1 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
1 box of vanilla wafers
3 cups of heavy cream
Combine 1 ½ cups of cold water and condensed milk together-- Give it a whisk. Add in the pudding mix and give it a whisk. Place it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight to firm up and set.
Once it’s set, whisk up 3 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold in the vanilla pudding mix. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Assemble by putting a layer of pudding first, then a layer of vanilla wafers, then a layer of pineapple slices. Repeat steps until satisfied. Garnish with pineapple slices.
