½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 Tbsps. sugar

1 can (15.25oz.) Del Monte® Cling Peach Chunks, well drained

2 can (15oz.each) Del Monte® Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, well drained

1 can (8oz.) Del Monte® Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Juice, well drained

½ cup shredded sweetened coconut


  1. Stir together yogurt and sugar in a medium bowl.

  2. Gently stir in peaches, Mandarin oranges and pineapple until well coated.

  3. Sprinkle with coconut and stir gently.


VARIATION: To make Chicken Curry Salad, prepare recipe as directed, except combine 1/2 tsp. curry powder with sugar before adding to yogurt, and stir in 2 cups diced cooked chicken and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds when adding fruit in Step 2.

NOTE: 1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Sliced Cling Peaches, well-drained and coarsely chopped, may be used instead of Peach Chunks, and 2 cans (8.25 oz. each) Del Monte® Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup may be used instead of the 15 oz. can.
