Corn & Cherry Tomato Salad
Perfect for potlucks and picnics, this colorful and zesty salad will not wilt.
1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup packed chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. bottled balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, basil and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Gently stir in feta before serving.
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled.
