1 Tbsp. olive oil

3/4 cup diced onion

1 tsp. curry powder

1/4 cup apricot jam

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 cans (15.25 oz. each) Del Monte® Very Young Sweet Peas, drained

2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro, divided


  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes until golden brown. Stir in curry powder; cook 30 seconds. Stir in jam and soy sauce.

  2. Gently stir in peas and half of cilantro; cook until heated through. Top with remaining cilantro.
