12 oz lean ground beef

1 can (15.25oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies, not drained

1 can (15oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

¾ cup water

¾ cup dry elbow macaroni

2 tsps. chili powder

½ cup (2oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese


  1. Brown beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain.

  2. Stir in corn, tomatoes, beans, water, macaroni and chili powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes for cheese to melt.
