2 cans (15 oz. each) Del Monte® Sliced Peaches in Heavy Syrup, not drained

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves, divided, plus more for garnish

3 1/2 cups chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda


  1. Combine peaches, peach syrup, strawberries, lemon and ½ cup basil in a large pitcher.

  2. Stir gently and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  3. Remove basil and replace with reserved ½ cup fresh basil leaves. Add ginger ale and serve over ice, if desired. Garnish with additional basil.

VARIATION:  To make Strawberry Peach Sangria, prepare as recipe directs, except omit ginger ale and add 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled white wine. Chill overnight for best flavor.
