Sweet Pea Ravioli Lasagna
A comforting one-dish meal for that’s a fun and simple twist on pasta night. Perfect for big families.
1 can (29 oz.) or two 15 oz. cans Del Monte® Sweet Peas, drained
1 jar (23 to 25 oz.) marinara sauce
1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated cheese ravioli, uncooked
6 oz. fully cooked Italian or chicken sausage, sliced, optional
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 fresh basil leaves, torn
Heat oven to 425°F. Stir together peas, marinara, ravioli, 1/2 cup water and sausage, if desired, in a 9x13-inch baking dish, evenly coating pasta. Dollop ricotta on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake 30 minutes or until sauce is hot and bubbly. Top pasta with basil.
