Banana-Mango Smoothie Bowls
Fresh banana and yogurt form the base of these fast smoothie bowls that are topped with sweet fruit, quinoa or granola, crunchy toppings and fresh herbs.
1 ripe banana, thinly sliced
1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup drained Del Monte® Diced Mangos in Light Syrup
1/4 cup berries, diced fruit or diced cucumber
2 Tbsp. granola or toasted quinoa
1 Tbsp. nuts or seeds, toasted if desired
1 Tbsp. sliced fresh mint or basil leaves or toasted shredded coconut
Mash together banana and yogurt with a fork in a cereal bowl. Top with mangos and your choice of remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
