Ingredients

1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Pear Halves in 100% Juice

1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh orange zest

1/8 tsp. finely minced fresh rosemary, optional

1 can (14 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Drain pears; cut into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a medium bowl. 

  2. Add orange zest and rosemary, if using; toss gently to distribute well.

  3. Add cranberry sauce; gently stir together with a spatula.  Refrigerate 4 hours or up to 2 days in advance for flavors to meld.  Gently stir before serving.

Tips:

  • Recipe can be doubled.
  • Save drained pear juice to add to smoothies, vinaigrettes, fruit salad, seltzer water, cake batter, iced tea, lemonade, orange juice, hot cereal, stir fry sauce or BBQ sauce.
