20-Minute Minestrone

Homemade minestrone soup can be ready in minutes on a chilly day. Just simmer for 10 minutes to cook the macaroni and the soup is done.
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 can (14.5oz.each) Del Monte® Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes, not drained
1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Cut Green Beans, drained
1 can (14.5oz.) College Inn® Chicken Broth
1 can (15oz.) navy beans, rinsed and drained
⅔ cup (2oz.) dry macaroni
Salt and black pepper, optional
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley, optional
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
