Southwest Corn, Peppers and Black Beans
Just three ingredients make a quick and easy delicious side dish, perfect with fish, chicken, burgers and more.
1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Southwest Seasoned Corn with Poblano & Red Bell Peppers, not drained
2 cans (15oz.ea.) reduced-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Combine corn and beans in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain.
Stir in cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
