Mango Honey Fruit Salad

A new and wholesome take on ambrosia fruit salad – enjoy the creamy goodness from Greek yogurt and the crunch from celery and almonds.
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. honey
3 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 cans (15 oz. each) Del Monte® Diced Mangos in Light Syrup, well drained
1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Lite Sliced Pears in Extra Light Syrup, well drained and chopped
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup (2 oz.) slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
Stir together yogurt, honey and ginger in a medium bowl until well blended.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Top with additional mint, if desired.
NOTE: To toast almonds, place almonds in a heavy ungreased skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently until fragrant and golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
