Prep time 15 minutes


1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® No Sugar Added Sliced Peaches, very well drained

1/4 cup finely diced red or white onion

1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 to 1 whole fresh jalapeño, finely diced (remove seeds and membranes to reduce spiciness if desired)

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp. kosher salt


  1. Chop peaches into 1/2-inch pieces.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.  Refrigerate at least ½ hour before serving for flavors to develop.
