1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, vanilla or coconut)

1 cup Del Monte Deluxe Gold Pineapple Tidbits

1 cup baby kale or baby spinach

1/3 inch piece of fresh ginger

 ¼ cup pineapple juice (or milk) depending on preference


  1. In a blender combine yogurt, Del Monte pineapple, baby spinach, ginger and water. Mix on high until smooth.

  2. If you prefer a thinner smoothie consistency, add additional 1/4 cup water.

Garnish with your favorite toppings.
