8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta

2 cans (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Vegetable & Bean Blends California Style, drained

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup bottled zesty Italian salad dressing

1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

2 Tbsp. finely diced red onion

1 cup (about 5 oz.) crumbled feta cheese


  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.  Rinse with cold water and drain well.

  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta with other ingredients except the feta. Stir gently to coat with dressing.

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Add feta and any additional dressing, if desired, just before serving.

NOTE: Recipe may be doubled.
