Mango Breakfast Parfait
This quick and satisfying mango breakfast or snack can be enjoyed all year round!
½ cup low fat plain yogurt (or vanilla yogurt or Greek yogurt)
½ cup granola (or other dry cereal)
1 can (15oz.) Del Monte® Diced Mangos in Light Syrup, drained
Spoon alternating layers of yogurt, granola and mango in a bowl or parfait glass.
