It’s easy to keep fruit cocktail on hand for this quick and satisfying breakfast or snack. For variety, try the parfait with different flavors of yogurt and cereal that the kids love best.

Ingredients

1½ cups nonfat plain yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]

1½ cups low fat granola [or other dry cereal]

1 can (15oz.) Del Monte® Lite Fruit Cocktail, drained

Directions
  1. Spoon alternating layers of yogurt, granola and fruit in 3 tall glasses or parfait dishes.


NOTE: May use 1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Fruit Cocktail in 100% Juice or Del Monte® Fruit Cocktail in Extra Light Syrup instead of Lite Fruit Cocktail.
