Fruit and Broccoli Salad with Goat Cheese

1 pint fresh, ripe strawberries, washed and quartered

2 cups fresh broccoli small flowerets, washed and drained dry

1½ cups Del Monte® Sun Fresh® Mango Chunks, drained

1 cup fresh, ripe blueberries, washed and drained dry

1 cup seedless green grapes, washed, dry and halved

4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

½ cup Briannas® Creamy Balsamic salad dressing

½ cup sugared or toasted pecans

  1. Place strawberries, broccoli, DEL MONTE® Mango, blueberries and grapes in a large bowl. Pour Briannas® Creamy Balsamic dressing over all in large bowl; toss to coat. Top salad with goat cheese and pecans.
  2. Cook’s note: If serving salad later, cover all fruit and broccoli and place in refrigerator. Right before serving, add salad dressing and toss then top with goat cheese and pecans.
