Melt Parmesan or blue cheese over quick-cooked canned green beans and diced potatoes for a savory side dish in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Diced New Potatoes, drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. dried oregano

2 can (14.5oz.each) Del Monte® French Style Green Beans, drained

Salt and black pepper, optional

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese [or crumbled blue cheese]

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, garlic and oregano; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add beans; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Cover and let stand 2 to 3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt slightly before serving.
