Macaroni, Pea and Red Pepper Salad
1 cup (4 oz.) uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 cup light or regular mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 cup diced red bell pepper 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1/4 cup diced red onion 1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Sweet Peas, rinsed and drained
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add pasta, bell pepper, celery and red onion; stir to coat with dressing. Gently stir in peas.
