With just 6 ingredients you can’t beat this simple beef and green bean dish that’s quicker than take-out!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper [or or yellow bell pepper], cut into thin strips

3 cloves garlic, minced

12 oz. boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 can (14.5oz.) Del Monte® Cut Green Beans [or Del Monte® French Style Green Beans], drained

¼ cup stir fry sauce, divided

Hot cooked brown rice [or white rice], optional

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook bell pepper 3 minutes or until just tender crisp. Add garlic and cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  2. Cook beef 2 minutes in same skillet, or until steak begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Add peppers, beans and 2 Tbsp. stir fry sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 2 Tbsp. sauce. Serve over rice, if desired.
