1. Season meat with salt and pepper, if desired. Heat oil in large skillet; brown meat.
2. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients, except beans.
3. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes. Stir in beans. Cover and cook about 10 minutes longer or until meat is tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped cilantro, salsa and diced avocado, if desired.
