  • 1 can (28 oz.) Del Monte® Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Del Monte® Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 large garlic cloves, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Cooking Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, no longer than one minute. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, sugar and salt. Bring mixture to a simmer, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
