1. Brown sausage in skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain.
2. Add green pepper, noodles, 2 cups water and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 14 to 16 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked. Serve immediately and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
