  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Whole New Potatoes, drained and sliced
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn-No Salt Added, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • (Optional) salt
  • (Optional) pepper

Cooking Directions

1. Sauté onion, pepper and potatoes in olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown. Add corn. Heat through and season to taste with salt and pepper.
