Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion, drained
  • 1/3 cup Del Monte® Tomato Ketchup
  • 3/4 lb. flank or top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1-1/2 cups snow peas or Chinese pea pods
  • (Optional) rice
  • (Optional) green onion

Cooking Directions

1. Season meat with soy sauce and ginger.
2. Heat oil in skillet over high heat; add meat and stir-fry 2 minutes; remove.
3. Combine tomatoes and ketchup; add to skillet with snow peas.
4. Cook, stirring often, until thickened and peas are tender-crisp. Add meat. Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
