1. Layered greens, carrot, ham and peas in clear 3-quart bowl. Stir together yogurt, sour cream and basil for dressing. Season with 1/8 tsp. pepper, if desired.
2. Spread evenly over peas. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill up to 24 hours. Toss before serving.
