Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Cut Italian Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Zucchini with Italian Style Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Peas and Carrots
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) College Inn® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Beef Broth
  • (Optional) breadsticks
  • (Optional) croutons
  • (Optional) bread

Cooking Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in large pot.
2. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with breadsticks, croutons or warm bread, if desired.
