  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Whole New Potatoes, drained and cubed
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard

Cooking Directions

1. Combine potatoes with celery, carrots and green onions. Blend mayonnaise with mustard; gently stir into potato mixture. Chill for 1 hour.
