Spice up dinnertime with a flavorful Asian dish that’s high in fiber and antioxidants. If desired, sauté the noodles for a few minutes longer to get them extra crispy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Green Beans, drained
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 6 oz. (about 1 cup) cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
  • (Optional) sliced almonds

Cooking Directions

1. Set aside seasoning packet from noodles for another use. Cook noodles and celery in boiling water in large saucepan 3 minutes; drain. Return to pan.
2. Stir in beans, sweet and sour sauce, carrot, chicken and 1 tablespoon water; heat through.
3. Sprinkle with toasted, sliced or slivered almonds, if desired.
