Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 12 oz. ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 6 whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved crosswise
  • (Optional) nonstick cooking spray

Cooking Directions

1. Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chicken in skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until brown. Stir in undrained tomatoes. Cook, uncovered, about 5 minutes.
2. Combine corn, cucumber and yogurt. Spoon chicken mixture into pita halves; top with corn mixture.
