Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) Del Monte® Chopped Spinach, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes-No Salt Added
  • 1 can (48 oz.) College Inn® Chicken Broth
  • 2-1/2 lb. rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup dried small shell pasta
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions

1. Heat chicken and chicken broth in a large saucepan.
2. Add spinach, undrained tomatoes, mushrooms, pasta and basil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese.
