1. Pierce potatoes with fork; cook in microwave on high (100%) power for 16 minutes or until soft, rotating halfway through.
2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
3. Stir in corn, undrained tomatoes, ketchup, green pepper and chili powder.
4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
5. Slit potatoes; spoon about 1 cup meat mixture over each potato.
6. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onion, if desired.
