Ingredients

  • 1 can (28 oz.) Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes-No Salt Added, drained
  • 1 lb. lean (90%) ground beef
  • 1 cup hickory barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • (Optional) sliced onion
  • (Optional) tortilla chips
  • (Optional) vegetable dippers

Cooking Directions

1. Brown meat in skillet;drain. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and mustard; heat through.
2. Pour mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
3. Bake at 375°F, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sliced onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
