Game Day Cheddar Corn Casserole
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour ½ tsp. dry mustard ½ tsp. black pepper 4 cans (15.25 oz. each) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, well drained 1½ cups (8 oz.) diced ham 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into small pieces 1 cup sliced green onions, divided ¾ cup milk
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together cheese 1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese, flour, mustard and pepper in a large bowl. Add corn, ham, cream cheese, ½ cup of the green onion and milk; stir until well combined.
- Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and Swiss cheese; top with remaining ½ cup green onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
