From our hometowns to our home office, Del Monte Foods proudly supports the communities where our employees live and work by providing product and financial donations to support a diverse set of philanthropic organizations.

The organizations that we support are aligned with the Company Vision — Del Monte. Nourishing Families. Enriching Lives. Every Day. — and promote health, wellness and/or family, including pets.

Products

Del Monte's products for human consumption, including Del Monte®, S&W®, Contadina®, and College Inn® branded products, are donated directly to Feeding America. For more information about Feeding America, please visit www.secondharvest.org.

Del Monte Foods also donates pet food and pet snack products. Requestors must be available to pick up product from the various Del Monte Pet Product plants or distribution centers.

Del Monte Pet Products can be picked up at the following locations:

• Decatur, Alabama - Cat food and/or snacks available
• Buffalo, New York - Dog snacks available
• Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Kankakee, Illinois - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Fort Worth, Texas - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Atlanta, Georgia - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Fontana, California - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Lathrop, California - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available
• Topeka, Kansas - Dog and cat food and/or snacks available

Milk-Bone® Canine Heroes Program

Del Monte Foods' Milk-Bone® brand proudly supports the Canine Heroes Program. This nation-wide community outreach program is made up of two distinct community outreach programs.

• The Canine Assistants service dog sponsorship program provides specially trained dogs to individuals with physical disabilities at no cost to the recipient. For more information about this program, please visit www.canineassistance.org.

• The police dog donation program provides all types of law enforcement organizations with funding for specially trained canine officers.
