HAM & PEA LAYERED SALAD

cups torn mixed salad greens

cup shredded carrot

cups cooked ham strips

can (15-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE® Sweet Peas, drained

cup plain yogurt
1/3
cup light sour cream
1/4
tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4
cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- Layer greens, carrot, ham and peas in clear 3-quart bowl.
- Stir together yogurt, sour cream and basil for dressing. Season with 1/8 tsp. pepper, if desired. Spread evenly over peas. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill up to 24 hours. Toss before serving.
- Substitue 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE Whole Kernel Corn, drained, for the Peas.
